GymGoer Giveaway – Terms and Conditions

1. Promoter
The promoter is GymGoer Pty Ltd (abn 38 680 858 440), Melbourne, VIC, Australia.

2. Promotion Period
The giveaway runs from 10 November 2025 to 21 November 2025 (AEST). Entries received outside this period will not be accepted.

3. Eligibility
Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over who have an active Instagram account and purchase a GymGoer pass during the promotion period.

4. How to Enter
To enter, participants must:

1. Purchase any GymGoer pass between 10–21 November 2025;

2. Train at a participating GymGoer gym; and

3. Post an Instagram Story tagging @joingymgoer while training.

Each eligible Story counts as one entry. Profiles must be public so the entry can be verified. Maximum of one (1) singlet per person regardless of the number of singlets purchased or stories posted.
 
5. Prize Details

• The first 50 eligible users will each receive one (1) GymGoer singlet.

• Available sizes: Large (L) and Extra Large (XL) only.

• Prizes will be distributed on a first-come, first-verified basis.

• Winners will not be able to choose their colour shirt.

• Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash.
   

6. Verification
Entries will be verified based on the timestamp of the Instagram Story and GymGoer pass purchase record.
GymGoer reserves the right to request proof of purchase or training check-in.

7. Notification and Fulfilment
Winners will be contacted via direct message on Instagram by 24 November 2025. Prizes will be shipped within 14 days of confirmation.

8. General Conditions
GymGoer reserves the right to verify eligibility, disqualify incomplete or false entries, and amend, suspend, or cancel the promotion at any time if circumstances beyond its control arise.
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Instagram. Participants release Instagram of all responsibility.
