Refund Policy

1. Payments

1.1 All payments are processed through Stripe. By using GymGoer’s services, you agree to Stripe’s Terms and Conditions in addition to this Refund Policy.

2. Refund Eligibility

2.1 Refunds are only available for unused passes — meaning no check-in has occurred via the GymGoer app.
2.2 Refunds are not provided once a pass has been activated.
2.3 Refunds may be issued at GymGoer’s sole discretion in exceptional circumstances, in line with the Australian Consumer Law.

3. Refund Process

3.1 All refund requests must first be made to the Subscribing Gym where the pass was intended for use.
3.2 If the Subscribing Gym does not resolve the request within 14 days, you may submit a written refund request to GymGoer at support@gymgoer.com.au with:

  • Proof of purchase

  • Details of the unused pass

  • Supporting documentation

3.3 If a refund is approved, GymGoer may instruct the Subscribing Gym to reimburse you, minus any applicable fees.

4. Credits

4.1 Any credits issued through the GymGoer application are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
4.2 Credits may be subject to expiry dates as specified at the time of issue.

5. Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
